The Acquisition of Truth

We must understand that it is the spirit of a man that is  reborn. He or she still has the same mind with those old thought patterns, and that same body that has those fleshly desires. But their spirit which is their heart has been reborn. It has a gentle lightness about it. The heart is tender and very pure before God.  So when they sin or those old thought patterns criss-cross their minds, they are easily condemned. As they are being taught to walk in the right ways ( you see their heart longs to walk that way before God,)  You may see some  of them tear up when they make mistakes.  It’s in this teaching time, that they are either strained just to quit, or they are encouraged that they can rise above the sins of the flesh. Here is where most of those who once were under the tutelage of others draw back and pull out. As I said earlier if you treat spiritual development closely to natural development you can have those  little youngsters with greater aptitude and abilities acquired over the long haul. They can grow to their full potential in Christ in this atmosphere. They will rise above the flesh and be able to walk in the spirit.

1 John 2:1 My dear children, I write this to you so that will not sin. But if any man  sin, we have an advocate with the Father- Jesus Christ the righteous one.
